Mr. Hagimura Nanao was the representative of a Japanese enterprise in Beijing and Shanghai before and after the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Japan. He participated in many important cooperation projects between China and Japan after China’s reform and opening up, including Baosteel project and was once received by Premier Zhou for several times.
